There are different programs for tenants and landlords. Currently, there are the Housing Choice Voucher Section 8 and HUD VASH.
The Salina Housing Authority offers many benefits to landlords. Landlords know that the portion of the rent paid by SHA will be received each month, and they keep their right to enforce the lease agreement.
Landlords participating in either of these programs are helping low-income individuals and families including veterans in obtaining decent, safe and affordable housing.
